Mr. Kondo has over 25 years of experience in the mining industry. Most recently, Mr Kondo served as Chief Financial Officer of Montage Gold Corp and Orca Gold Corp. Orca Gold was sold to Perseus Mining in 2022. Prior to these roles, Mr. Kondo held senior executive roles with Anglo American where he was responsible for the finance function and leading mergers and acquisitions and raising capital finance. Mr. Kondo is a Chartered Accountant (CPA, CA) and holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Toronto.
